It's The Possiblity That Dreams Can Come Through...

Last week I went on one of the most amazing trip of my life to New Orleans, LA.  Being on a plane for the first time in 15 years was a bit nerve wrecking but I quickly got over it once I saw my view. Peering out of the window in front of me I saw the world from above and realized why haven't I traveled in 15 years. Then I remembered I spent the last 15 years growing up, finding myself, and exploring my greatest wonder: me!

I've worked myself so hard that I forgot that traveling makes all of the worry go away. When I landed I was immediately greeted by my friends I couldn't help but to feel so elated. After a one hour bus ride through Louisiana, one rare sighting of a Dairy Queen, and a women who claimed my hair was weave, we reached our destination: the French Quarter.

There is something about New Orleans. Over the course of three days, my friends and I explored every inch of the French Quarter. We walked for hours, we marked some x's, we ate the best food in the world, we rolled each other because we were so stuffed, we partied, we drank, and laughed so much. I felt more free than anything in New Orleans.

This trip just fueled my passion to work hard and smart so I can travel and live in all ends of the world. I can't wait for what the world has in store for me.

Whether it was the weather, the hospitality, the food (<3), the freedom, or the history, needless to say, I fell in love. New Orleans was a breath of fresh air for me and I can't wait to go back come June 2015.
